Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive your Eoblo product and are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 45 days of its arrival for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

To start a return, please contact us at support@eoblo.com and we will provide detailed instructions.

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be initiated within 45 days of delivery (after 45 days, all orders are final).

  • Items must be sent back in their original packaging.

  • All components must be included (e.g., straps, carry bag).

  • The chair must be in like-new, re-sellable condition.

  • Refunds are not accepted for items purchased during sales or with discount codes.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (exceptions apply to damaged or faulty items covered by warranty).

  • Always contact us before sending any items back — returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

This policy applies to orders made directly on our official website.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment.

Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card company (processing times vary).

  • Then, contact us at support@eoblo.com so we can verify the status of your refund.


Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of every Eoblo product. All items are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If an issue arises, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Not covered by warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear (including natural fading of colors or materials).

If the damage results from misuse, our support team may recommend repair options. In some cases, we may offer a one-time courtesy discount on a replacement product.

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at support@eoblo.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a clear description. The more details you provide, the faster we can assist.


Manufacturer Warranty Details

Eoblo offers a 1-year limited warranty on all chairs from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions listed above. This warranty is void if the product has been altered, repaired by a third party, or not properly maintained under normal use.
